About the role
As a Lead UX/UI Designer at our client's modern office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IN, you will be spearheading the design direction for their suite of enterprise software solutions. Your role will involve crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences that empower business users globally. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design process for enterprise software products, ensuring user-centricity and business alignment. - Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user personas. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide to ensure consistency and efficiency. - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to refine designs and ensure feasibility. - Present design solutions to stakeholders and effectively articulate design rationale. - Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture. - Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. - Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. - Contribute to the strategic direction of product development from a design perspective. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. - 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on enterprise software or complex web applications. - A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of UX/UI design projects, demonstrating expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. - Solid understanding of front-end development principles and constraints (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to lead design projects and mentor junior team members. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - A keen eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout.
