Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing. Define research roadmaps and contribute to strategic planning for AI/NLP initiatives. Work with large-scale datasets, developing efficient methods for data preprocessing and model training. Requirements Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related field with a specialization in NLP. 5+ years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in Natural Language Processing. Proven track record of publications in top-tier AI/NLP conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP). Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs) and their application to NLP tasks. Expertise in programming languages such as Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
