Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Visualize data and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering teams to build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and big data technologies. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and best practices. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities. Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on Big Data analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with SQL. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.) and statistical modeling. Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to diverse audiences. Experience in the FinTech industry is a significant plus.
