Senior Full-Stack Developer (FinTech)

About the Role Our client, a dynamic FinTech startup in Thiruvananthapuram, is seeking a seasoned Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of innovative financial applications. This position is based in our Thiruvananthapuram office. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces. Build robust and scalable back-end services and APIs. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Implement database solutions and manage data effectively. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues. Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose their adoption. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or Ruby on Rails. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
