About the role
The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in IT support and administration. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Monitor network performance and ensure system security. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users. Perform regular system backups and data recovery. Manage and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures. Provide technical support and training to staff. Manage user accounts and permissions. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Experience with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux). Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
