About the Team

You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative SAP supply chain team that delivers robust TM & logistics solutions. You’ll partner with both technical and functional teams, interact with leadership, and help shape solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client business objectives.

About the Role

We are hiring a SAP TM Senior Technical Consultant with 7+ years of relevant, hands‑on experience, based in India, who will primarily work remotely, with the flexibility to engage onsite with clients when required. In this role, you will lead the technical delivery of SAP TM solutions, ensuring high quality across the project lifecycle. You will design integrations, custom developments, and help shape overall architecture while mentoring others.

In this role, you will

· Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP TM implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. · Develop custom enhancements, interfaces, reports in SAP TM using ABAP, BOPF, PPF, enhancement framework, etc. · Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs; collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. · Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, etc.) and external systems (3PL, carriers, APIs, PI/PO/CPI). · Oversee and participate through full lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, development, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, go‑live and hypercare. · Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance. · Maintain technical documentation: interface specs, transport design, code reviews, configuration guides. · Mentor and lead a team of developers / technical consultants, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards. · Stay up to date with new SAP TM technical features, tools, and innovations — drive continuous improvement.

You might thrive in this role if you have

· Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant SAP TM technical experience, with at least 1‑2 full lifecycle TM implementations. · Deep technical skills in SAP TM: BOPF, ABAP (OO & core), PPF, enhancement framework, custom business objects, etc. · Strong integration experience between TM and other SAP modules (EWM, SD, MM) and external systems (API, 3PL, etc.). · Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, interfaces, reports, and complex enhancements. · Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail. · Good communication skills - able to interact with both business and technical stakeholders. · Self‑driven with the ability to lead technical delivery, mentor others, and manage priorities independently.
