Role Description: Oracle Unified Directory Administrator
This role focuses on providing Day-to-Day Support for Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) Infrastructure, encompassing Engineering and Operations activities. The primary responsibility is to offer first-line support for OUD environments and perform proactive monitoring. The position involves fixing issues in SWAT/Incident related calls for IAM applications within strict SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Day to Day Support of Engineering and Operations activities for Oracle Unified Directory Infrastructure.
Provide first line of support for Oracle Unified Directory Infrastructure.
Proactive Monitoring of all OUD environments.
Fix issues in SWAT/ Incident related calls for IAM related application issues with strict SLAs.
Perform troubleshooting, search and filter logs to identify errors/issues.
Assist in root cause analysis by working with clients and technical staff.
Utilize analytical skill set for troubleshooting application issues via error messages, log reviews, and anecdotal details.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Directory Services commands and configuration related to Replication Topology.
Proficiency in UNIX Shell scripting.
Experience with Oracle Enterprise User Security setup with OUD.
Experience with OUD custom plugins and OUD Rest APIs.
Performance tuning of OUD and testing.
Experience with custom reports using complex LDAP search filters.
Installation, Patching, and architecture of OUD.
Directory schema modifications.
Performing mass user updates.
Backup and restore OUD data.
Setup custom password policy changes.
Setup custom ACIs, create custom administration groups and users.
Working knowledge of Networking (DNS, Load Balancers, OSI model, Firewalls).
Hardware performance and capacity commands.
Qualifications

10+ years of experience with LDAP Administration.

5+ Years of experience with Oracle Unified Directory.
