Role Name -Technical Lead

Role Descriptions: 1. 10 year of IT with 5 years of hands-on experience in Splunk Observability Cloud. 2. Create and maintain custom Splunk searches| alerts and saved reports to facilitate proactive monitoring and issue resolution. 3. Define best practices for Splunk deployment| configuration| and administration to help Application Support Team to reduce major incidents| improve MTTR and enhance application monitoring. 4. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal resource utilization. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional team to gather requirement and give them Splunk Observability Cloud solutions.6. Fair understanding of cloud services| database and operating systems. 7. Experience in integrating tools like ServiceNow| AWS etc. with Splunk Observability Cloud. 8. Provide architectural consulting and mentoring to internal teams. 9. Coordinate with IT team for seamless integration of Splunk with existing infrastructureapplications. 10 . Implement advanced search and reporting capabilities using SPL. 11. Experience in Infra instrumentation of prime technologies into Splunk Observability Cloud. 12.
