About the role
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7 years of EHS experience, including leadership responsibility Manufacturing or industrial experience required Technical Knowledge Strong working knowledge of Cal/OSHA Title 8 regulations and California environmental laws Experience with IIPP, workers’ compensation (CA), hazardous waste, air quality, and water compliance programs Demonstrated experience managing regulatory inspections and audits Skills Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels of the organization Ability to drive behavioral and cultural change in safety Excellent problem-solving and incident investigation skills Strong communication and organizational skills
Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and temperature variation Regular standing/walking with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) Availability for after-hours support during incidents or regulatory matters

The pay scale of this role is $82,300 - $131,600. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria. #LI-NP1 #LI-Onsite
