About the role
Own Strategy to achieve Automation teams mission and vision. Continuously adapt to changing conditions Determine product roadmaps and lay out specific implementation plans to achieve delivery goals Identify skill/resourcing needs around projects, and form strongly motivated and bonded teams Establish effective communication mechanism between stakeholder teams to resolve bottlenecks on dependencies/faster flow of information Define the testing methodology that will include technologies (e.g Web, Mobile, Microservices, Java, JavaScript, Cloud native applications, IOT), tools (e.g. Selenium WebDriver, Appium, HP UFT, Jenkins), solutions and processes to support scalable and repeatable practices. Define the technical strategy for automation framework, tooling, infrastructure and implementation Provide leadership and project coordination for the QE team in delivering the project releases with superior quality Have a clear vision for the transformation of the QE strategy to align with the technological advances in the enterprise architecture
