Customizing and Configuration of Production Planning (PP)

Strong process knowledge of production.

Discrete Manufacturing (Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing).

Development of new customer specific Z reports, changes in existing Z reports with ABAP team.

MRP (Carrying out planning run, Stock requirement list).

Repetitive Manufacturing (Creation of Material Master, BOM, Production Line, Rate Routing,

Production Version, Planning table, Goods movement).

Good knowledge of System Development methodology including Agile Software development.

PP-PI experience is preferred

PP-DS experience is a plus

Production Reporting design

Integration with other modules required (MM, SD, FI/CO, QM )

QM functional knowledge in Manufacturing process and solution design in SAP S4HANA.

Master data design (QIRs, Inspection plans, MICs, Sampling procedures, Dynamic modifications, Notifications, etc.)

Production/Procurement inspection process design and configuration including goods receipt, in-process, post-production.

Batch Management, including Recall, Traceability

Facilitate the support of SAP SD

-BE/BTech, BSc(Engineering), ME/MTech, MBA/PGDM, MCA, MSc (Math’s , Stats , OR ,Physics) -Must be a Full Time Course -Experience of 3-5 Years in relevant IT & Business domain experiences, primarily in Project & tasks conceptualizing, Planning, design, development, testing, deployment & support of systems. Establish measures to evaluate efficiency and efficacy of business processes thru KPI tracking.
