Manager - IT

The Information Security Asst. Manager is responsible for supporting a Corporate Information Security and security devices installed in the data enter consisting of Hybrid Environments and systems availability and growth planning are the key areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will represent and organize the off-role team to deliver On technical IT Information Security & its infrastructure capabilities and be accountable for service delivered to achieve required service levels. They should possess strong Organization and troubleshooting skills and be able to effectively manage their time to meet company objectives. IT Security: Ensure 99.95% Uptime for Security Infrastructure/Devices, Effectively manage SOW & SLA signed with vendor AMC renewals of Security devices, Security Projects delivery related to Information Security & IT security Manage day to day BAU support of Security Infra operations, Vendor management and service review meeting Should have experience & well-versed Knowledge on various security products IT Audit: Interface with internal auditors during audit of IT & procedures Interface with external auditors for IT related observations during audit of IT departments IT Security Infrastructure Compliance Governance Create SOPs and templates for internal monitoring of IT, Create procedures related to IT Governance and Excellence and compliance with IRDA regulation, Monitor and ensure that all IT policies and procedures are being followed Timely renewal of all vendor resource contracts, software support and AMC Ensure Compliance with IRDA regulations and IRDA related framework of cyber security controls To work closely with CISO and to make sure all risk highlighted are closed within time frame Process / Quality Improvement Streamline internal process for smooth and reliable reporting of parameters pertaining to governance reporting Identify and close process gaps in line with Information Security guidelines.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and services: An IT account manager should have a solid understanding of the IT landscape, including hardware, software, networking, and security. This allows them to grasp the technical needs of their clients and recommend appropriate solutions. Understanding of cloud computing concepts: Cloud computing is rapidly transforming the IT industry.
