Key responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership Responsible for building technology-driven long-term growth agenda for the CPG practice. Lead & shape the cloud-led, AI-led transformation agenda for our clients. Win large AI-led digital transformation deals. Practice Growth This role will be responsible for delivering against aggressive revenue goals for CPG practice, specifically for engineering-led solutions. Partner with sales & practice team by building trusted relationships with CIOs/CTOs of client & prospect organization. Work with company’s marketing team to demonstrate our cloud-tech capabilities & point-of-views. Products & Solutions This role will be responsible for providing architectural guidance & support for CPG solutions & products. Working closely with the consulting & data science teams to build scalable yet flexible products for CPG clients. Be on the top of evolving technology landscape & incorporate them in our solutions. Thought Leadership Evangelize company’s AI & Engineering point of view for CPG industry in various industry forums. Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs/CTOs on technology trends, strategy & best practices. Work with industry analysts and influencers to promote technology’s technology offerings. Team Build & lead our in-market engineering teams at organization/client offices. Build a trusting culture that is open, transparent & collaborative.
