Junior Architect

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : 1.Maintain the sop and follow the directions of process owner. 2.Optimize time to achieve output with software excellence and task understanding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1.Creating drawings as required incorporating changes required by marketing, liasoning and estimation. 2.Follow standard operating procedure approved by functional coordinator of the team. 3.Produce coordinated drawings as instructed by process owner 4.Create sale plans and presentations as directed by process owners. 5.Create reports to communicate with team leaders ( weekly task) 6.Check 3d Revit model and incorporate the changes time to time as directed by process owner. 7.Communicating the delay or problems to seniors and team over emails time to time. 8.Coordinating with in-house purchase department and create mood boards as directed by process owner. 9.Print and get acknowledge hard copies GFC drawings as directed. KEY DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES 1.Due diligence and eliminate manual error. 2.Follow the standard operating procedure. 3.Maintain work ethics. KEY CHALLENGES 1.Choosing the efficient method of work. 2.Communicating team leaders for procedural problems. IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE Knowledge Autodesk, Microsoft offices, sketch up and REVIT Corel/Photoshop software Skill Due diligence at appropriate stage. Past experience in similar work role.
