As a Technical Support - Messaging, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing multiple accounts on Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Google Mail Suite - Proficiency in Windows, Clustering, Hyper-V, Azure Hybrid Infrastructure - Expertise in High Availability, Multisite clustering, Microsoft Exchange Clustering - Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Federation Service Implementation and Integration with 3rd party Applications - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS - Expertise in Troubleshooting Hybrid Active Directory Infrastructure - Familiarity with SCCM, SCOM, and WSUS Services - Extensive experience with Veritas Clustering for Windows - Proficient in managing File Server, Storage Server, and CA Server (Certificate Authority Servers) - Sound understanding of Storage and Network to address any end-to-end issues Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to write purchase justifications, train users on complex topics, and make presentations to an internal audience - Independent problem-solving and self-direction Please note that Scoutit is an independent candidate sourcing partner for this hiring process, and all applications, candidate screening, and hiring-related actions are conducted directly by the respective employer's authorized recruitment team.
