As a Local Site Support User, you will be responsible for providing on-prem IT support to end users within the office environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices running on Windows, macOS, and Linux OS - Provisioning and deprovisioning corporate devices such as laptops and phones - Providing technical guidance to end users for day-to-day IT issues - Coordinating with L2 teams for troubleshooting, such as end user computing team and EMM Additionally, you will be involved in Office IT Infrastructure Support, where you will: - Troubleshoot, install, and maintain office infrastructures for EIT services like printing, connectivity, and voice - Install, test, and remove basic network devices such as switches, routers, and access points - Support smart metering and real estate solutions within office environments - Assist with PABX tasks and coordinate with L2 teams for AV equipment support Furthermore, as part of Asset Management, you will be responsible for: - Receiving, registering, and tagging devices in the hardware asset management system - Testing and storing devices securely in Ericsson-provided facilities - Conducting periodic audits of hardware assets and updating inventory records - Arranging for device disposal, warranty repairs, and temporary laptop loans In Project Based Site Support, you will be involved in supporting office moves, equipment relocations, and hardware refresh projects, as well as assisting local business events. Please note that this role is open to Computer Science Engineering students without any prior experience.
