Process Optimization Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Process Optimization Manager to lead operational excellence and manufacturing process improvement initiatives across our aluminium extrusion and metal manufacturing operations. This leadership position will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities throughout the manufacturing value chain, enhancing productivity, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness, reducing operational costs, increasing process capability, minimizing waste, and driving sustainable continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities - Lead plant-wide process optimization initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, productivity, and profitability. - Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and increase throughput. - Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and Operational Excellence programs across manufacturing operations. - Improve OEE through process optimization, equipment utilization, preventive maintenance collaboration, and production planning improvements. - Develop standardized manufacturing processes and implement best practices across production departments. - Utilize statistical analysis and process capability studies to improve process stability and product consistency. - Conduct root cause analysis for production losses, quality issues, downtime, and process deviations while implementing sustainable corrective actions. - Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Metallurgy, Supply Chain, and EHS teams to execute cross-functional improvement projects. - Lead Value Stream Mapping, workflow optimization, capacity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives. - Optimize manufacturing KPIs including productivity, scrap reduction, yield improvement, cycle time, energy consumption, and manufacturing costs. - Support digital manufacturing initiatives, automation projects, and Industry 4.0 implementation. - Prepare operational performance reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.
