Thermal Simulation Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager - Thermal Simulation to lead simulation strategy, advanced engineering analysis, and cross-functional technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in FEA, CFD, thermal management, multiphysics simulations, and product validation methodologies while driving innovation, quality, and engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage Structural & Thermal Simulation teams across multiple engineering programs. - Drive simulation strategy, methodology development, and best practices for product design and validation. - Perform and review advanced simulations including: Structural Analysis , Thermal Analysis , Fatigue & Durability , Vibration & NVH , Non-linear FEA , Multiphysics Simulations . - Collaborate with Design, R&D, Manufacturing, and Product Engineering teams for optimized product performance. - Mentor and develop high-performing simulation engineers and technical specialists. - Ensure project delivery within quality, timeline, and budget expectations. - Engage with customers and stakeholders for technical discussions, solution proposals, and project execution. - Develop simulation automation workflows and improve engineering productivity. - Support business development activities through technical presentations and capability demonstrations. - Stay updated with emerging technologies, CAE tools, and industry trends.
