Surveyor

Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for conducting land and site surveys using modern survey equipment and methods to ensure accurate data collection for project planning, execution, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct topographical, boundary, and layout surveys at project sites. Operate survey instruments such as total stations, DGPS, auto-levels, and related tools. Interpret and prepare survey drawings, reports, and data using AutoCAD or other relevant software. Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and site teams to mark reference points and layouts. Maintain detailed records of survey data and site conditions. Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations. Support quantity estimations and as-built drawing verifications. Identify discrepancies in design vs. actual site conditions and report accordingly. Required Skills: Proficiency in total station, DGPS, auto-level, and operation. Good understanding of land measurements and survey principles. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or survey software. Basic understanding of civil construction and structural drawings. Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under field conditions. Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering with Surveying knowledge ITI in civil engineering survey Other Requirements: Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong documentation and communication skills.
