Senior Data Analyst - CIB Data Insight & Analytics

Job Summary This role is positioned to support the CIB Performance Management Work closely with senior stakeholder across the CIB MT to build Productivity, Capacity modelling and efficiency lever identification. Key Responsibilities Strategy This role is positioned to support the CIB Performance Management Work closely with senior stakeholder across the CIB MT to build Productivity, Capacity modelling and efficiency lever identification. Business Be an internal visualization analytics consultant for CIB and develop useful analytics products across use cases, segments, and product portfolios. Understanding the analytics products using industry leading analytics tools such as Tableau, DataIKU, driving use cases across data monetization, risk mitigation, productivity improvement, progress tracking and management reporting! Translate key challenges, requirements and needs from the business into impactful, actionable metric, KPIs and solutions, to solve everyday business problems. Act as a conduit between technical and business stakeholders by translating business/ functional requirements from Product Owners / delegates into technical requirements for processing by the technology teams. Work closely with stakeholders internally and externally including across the network to drive common understanding of building productivity and capacity modelling along with the knowledge in policies, procedure, and processes. Proactively identifying enhancements to improve Client Lifecycle processes/efficiency as per group strategy. Support the CIB MT team in driving change initiatives related to policy, process, systems and assist with identifying opportunities for improvements to provide better client experience as well as identify potential risks or gaps in these initiatives by doing a robust impact assessment. Participate in CIB Triage to review incoming Business Initiatives and accept changes into the backlog, as appropriate. Clearly define and communicate, vision, scope, business case and associate efficiency and impact with business. Work with key stakeholders to define, and then maintain the Product Backlog. Provide product / process guidance and design expertise to enable delivery of Change in the CIB process, Identify the process gaps, access the inherited risk for the CIB process, design Controls and tolls to monitor the effectiveness of the control. Contribute into the end-to-end Business architecture by defining the capabilities required at each stage of the process. Establish strong relationships & communication channels across each of the stakeholder areas. Undertake the key agile Product Owner responsibilities. Prioritise and sequence the requirements/ product backlog according to business value. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) Define Epics and sign off user stories. Processes Scope is limited to CIB (Which includes CC, TB, FM etc.,) Work in Enterprise agile environment to define and deliver business value. Propose and/or setup Key Performance Indicators / Metrics (KPIs / KPMs) Support the design and implementation of mechanisms to facilitate the early identification and prompt resolution of risks, including escalating these risks to the required forums for support. Perform feasibility and options analysis for implementing all the standards across all stages of planning and execution. Validate deliveries through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required. Develop a detailed understanding of all areas within the process supported by PM as part of client lifecycle process. People & Talent Lead change initiatives from PM perspective and work with all stakeholders to deliver efficiency. Point of contact for resolution of process issues for the processes supported. Perform Client Lifecycle Impact Assessment (CLIA) related to policy changes. Manage initiatives to improve processes and resolve high profile issues. Display strong communication, networking, influencing, and decision making and stakeholder management skills on daily basis in the implementation of process improvements and risk management. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure governance and coverage of key risk areas and implement the required controls. Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight. Subject matter expertise in across CIB and extensive knowledge on CDD and CLM system and process. Work with business to create customer centric process. Design solution and build process to enable customer satisfaction. Provide end to end solution for client onboarding. Risk Management Work closely with CIB MT to ensure deliverables are aligned with the latest requirements & regulations, and any exceptions are appropriately escalated, reported, and managed.
