Robot Framework Automation Engineer

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Robot Framework Automation Engineer with 4 - 6 years of experience in test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Robot Framework, Python, API testing, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for web and API applications. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Robot Framework.Create and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and regression testing.Develop reusable keywords and libraries using Python.Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers for resolution.Participate in test planning, estimation, and sprint activities in Agile environments.Maintain automation code using Git and follow coding best practices.Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort. Required Skills : 4 - 6 years of experience in QA Automation.Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework.Good programming knowledge in Python.Experience with SeleniumLibrary and browser automation.Experience in API automation using Robot Framework or REST libraries.Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.Experience with version control tools like Git.Exposure to Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Good debugging, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with SQL/database validation.Knowledge of Docker and Linux environments.Experience with performance or security testing is an advantage.Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. .
