Business Analyst

We are hiring for a Business Analyst role for our client, a technology company. Key Responsibilities Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements Create user stories, wireframes, and process flow diagrams Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and UAT sessions Support data analysis to validate business assumptions Maintain requirement traceability and project documentation Required Skills Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills Experience with SQL for data analysis and validation Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Good to Have Domain knowledge in BFSI, healthcare, or e-commerce Experience with process modeling (BPMN) Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations About the Opportunity This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth prospects.
