Design Manager (Company are High-Rise Safety Experts)

Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage the design team for both pre-sales and post-sales projects. Plan and monitor design activities to ensure projects are completed on time. Coordinate with clients, sales teams, consultants, fabricators, and internal departments for smooth project execution. Review design drawings, layouts, and technical documents before submission to clients. Ensure all design documents, reports, and project records are maintained accurately. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical guidance to the team. Track design progress and ensure timely submission of drawings and deliverables. Resolve design-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Drive new product development and improve existing products to enhance safety, quality, and cost efficiency. Ensure design work meets project requirements, quality standards, and business objectives. Support senior management by providing regular updates on project and design status. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity. Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineering. 8-12 years of experience in design engineering, design coordination, or construction project design. Strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and MS Office. Knowledge of STAAD Pro, Revit, or BIM will be an added advantage. Ability to understand and review technical drawings, structural layouts, and design calculations. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing design teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality work.
