Role & responsibilities Job Summary Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, end-user devices, software licenses, and cloud platforms. Ensures smooth IT operations, security compliance, and timely technical support. Key Responsibilities Manage laptop lifecycle: procurement, configuration, reallocation, and health checks Handle hardware/software issue resolution and final decision-making Manage BitLocker keys, antivirus and Microsoft OAice licenses, including periodic audits Administer Google Workspace (user accounts, permissions, storage, billing) Ensure proper cleanup of employee accounts and access rights Provide support for printers, webcams, and basic IT peripherals Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in IT or related field Experience in IT administration or management Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft OAice, and endpoint security Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills Experience: Minimum 2 years of Experience .
