IT Infrastructure and Network Manager

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across multiple distributed locations. Your role will include the following key responsibilities: - Designing and implementing LAN/WAN networks using technologies such as VSAT, RF, MPLS, and VPN to ensure seamless connectivity. - Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade routers and firewalls for network security. - Managing centralized Wi-Fi controllers to provide consistent wireless connectivity across various locations. - Proactively monitoring and optimizing LAN/WAN links for performance tuning and rapid troubleshooting. - Managing Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal performance and security. - Providing user support for workstations, laptops, and printers. - Administering a centralized Google Workspace mail server and user mailboxes. - Implementing policy-based internet access controls through Active Directory and managing a centralized antivirus environment. - Administering ERP & SAP Basis and maintaining critical application backups. - Managing data center and storage environments, including production and disaster recovery infrastructure. - Tracking, optimizing, and maintaining compliance of enterprise software licenses. - Leading the team by being the first point of contact for troubleshooting, mentoring team members, and providing technical training. - Conducting training sessions on new technologies and managing software deployment. In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of IT infrastructure management experience in large-scale enterprise environments. - Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, including MPLS, VPN, and satellite connectivity (VSAT). - Expert-level hands-on experience with enterprise routers, firewalls, and network switches. - Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration. - Experience with centralized wireless controller management and Wi-Fi infrastructure. - Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access management. - ERP & SAP Basis administration experience. - Proven team management and mentoring capabilities. - Relevant IT certifications such as CCNA, Security+, or equivalent are a plus. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.
