Job Details: * Position: Product Lead AI Products & Platform Engineering * Location: Pune * Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI technology leader to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. The role involves leading AI product development from concept to commercialization while driving innovation using cutting-edge AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: * Define and execute the AI product roadmap. * Lead the design and development of enterprise AI platforms. * Build AI solutions for Drug Discovery, Clinical Trials, Regulatory Intelligence, Medical Writing, Medical Literature Intelligence, and Pharmacovigilance. * Lead AI/ML engineering teams and establish engineering best practices. * Drive cloud-native AI deployment, DevOps, and MLOps initiatives. * Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platform delivery. Technical Expertise Required: * Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Multimodal AI, RAG, AI Agents * Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision * Python, Java, SQL * TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex * AWS, Azure, GCP * Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow * Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Neo4j * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain, including Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory Affairs. Preferred candidate profile * Master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field. * 6–8 years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or AI Product Engineering. * Experience building enterprise AI products for pharmaceutical or healthcare organizations.
