Job Description: Hands on exposure in Infrastructure and Cloud Platform. Am looking for someone whos from Financial background (preferred AMC ) and having hands on experience in managing Windows/Non Windows/Databases/Datacenter/Networking and any of the Cloud platform exposure (good to have AWS). Wintel Admin, DNS handling, Intune Management, Storage, O365 & Any of CP will be value add Role Details Designation: Manager IT Infrastructure Role type: Individual Contributor Department: Information Technology Reporting to: VP/AVP Information Technology Location: Mumbai Your Role (summary) The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud management, vendor management, and IT administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies. You will be responsible for: Cloud Management: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all cloud- based systems. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. IT Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems. Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies: Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization technologies. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in budgeting and financial management for IT projects. Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures. Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot complex IT issues. Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong negotiation skills for vendor management. The experience you bring (Educational Qualification/Experience): Bachelors degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field or a Diploma in Engineering in Information technology or Computer Science. Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts. Experience in the asset management or financial services industry is preferred. Certification/s (role based): Relevant certifications for AWS, Azure and Microsoft technologies are preferred. .
