Assistant Manager - IT SAP for a leading FMCG co.

Description: Collaborating with functions for SAP support and new development requirement gathering understand existing process document and take up for development with partners - Value add in terms of changing any ineffective process of align to best practices First time testing of developments and getting it tested by functional teams. To support SAP S/4 HANA user functionally in MM,SD,FI module. Identify the enhancement and work with ABAPer to get it developed. Do new or update existing business process configuration as per requirement Understand business problem and map in SAP Solve end user functional problem independently Work with SAP support vendor and get solutions to problem Do testing of processes after configuration changes Handle KSOX audit queries Good to have S/4 HANA implementation experience Requirements: audit queries Good to have S/4 HANA implementation experience 3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Education (degree / diploma) Graduation or Post Graduation in IT field Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) Working Knowledge of SAP domain especially in MM module (Procurement, material master cycle). Working experience in managing SAP support operations or other enterprise application support management Leadership / Managerial Attributes Analytical thinking and problem solving. Data analytical and reporting skills Proactive, cross functional collaboration. Verbal and written communication skills.
