About the role
As a dynamic HR Analytics professional, you will be responsible for turning data into insights to shape strategic people decisions. Your role will involve driving workforce analytics, improving employee experience, and enabling data-driven HR strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and manage HR dashboards and reports covering Workforce metrics, Attrition, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, Learning & Development, and more. - Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support business decisions. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights for talent strategy and workforce planning. - Utilize HR tools such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Power BI, Tableau, etc., to deliver accurate and meaningful reports. - Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality when handling employee information. - Support predictive analytics initiatives including attrition modeling, engagement forecasting, and performance analytics. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. - 9 - 14 years of experience in HR Analytics/People Analytics. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R for data analysis & visualization. - Previous experience with HRIS systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc. is preferred. - Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
