We're looking for an experienced MSD Support Engineer to support and maintain critical digital platforms through monitoring, incident management, change implementation, and operational support. Role MSD Support Engineer Location : Bangalore Experience: Range : 7 to 10yrs Key Skills Required: Akamai CDN (Redirects, Cache Purge, GTM) Splunk ITSI Monitoring ServiceNow (Incident & Change Management) AWS S3 Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support Ansible Playbooks Linux & GitHub ITIL Processes Production/Application Support Key Responsibilities: Monitor and triage Splunk ITSI alerts. Manage incidents, changes, and service requests in ServiceNow. Support Akamai configurations, redirects, and cache management. Handle AEM publishing, replication, and restoration activities. Create and maintain Ansible automation templates. Perform AWS S3 operational support and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.
