Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts,on-call support etc.) Experience in dealing with bringing up new firewall from scratch Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs Required Technical Skill Set Location of Requirement Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently
