Locations - Noida Exp - 4-8 yrs Skill - EUC- Desktop Role descriptions Knowledge on Intune Reporting and software compliance OS creation/deployment on Microsoft Windows 10/11 lifecycle including In Place Upgrade Ability to resolve end users issues related to system performance, Software deployment Knowledge and experience of Modern Workplace solutions, including windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune Knowledge on ITIL Standards in IT Infrastructure Management Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Able to work on VDI creation request Knowledge on ITSM tools like Service now Strong Knowledge in troubleshooting the issues related to Patch and application Failures Knowledge on SCCM and Intune error logs behavior Able to find and mitigate the vulnerability in the workstations Knowledge on MS Teams, One Drive and O365 functionality
