About the role
Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts,on-call support etc.) Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently Should have prior experience in creating run books,SOPs etc Should be a team player and have ability to train L2 and L1 resources
