About the role
Role: Application Support Analyst
Location: Lake Mary, FL (no relocation candidates) Hybrid 3x a week on site Duration:12 months
Prod support level 2 – digital platform/digital assets Onprem cloud Java background- MUST Oracle Database- SQL Cloud environment – PREFERRED. Public cloud DevOps related work- scripting/deployment ie terraform – PREFERRED Troubleshooting, supporting releases Incident management experience Monitoring tools : Prometheus, AppDynamics or Splunk Debugging/troubleshooting Java Jira and ServiceNow for ticketing system (10-12 tickets per day) Tickets: issue or inquiry or a internal systems alerts
