About the role
Role: Application Support Developer
Duration: 6 month Location: 100% Remote
Must-Haves: •Proficient in ServiceNow Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. •Strong skills in C#, .Net, and Visual Studio. •Experience with ASP.Net, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, WCF/Web Services, Web API, SOAP, and REST. •Expertise in MS SQL Server, LINQ, Epic, and Clarity DB. •Knowledge of XML/XSLT, SVN, Putty, SFTP, and Windows Servers/IIS. •Familiarity with Epic and Mirth experience. (Nice to Have) •Ability to collaborate with teams and facilitate issue resolution. •Prior experience in documentation creation and maintenance. •Understanding of security measures within application support.
Additional Insights: •The role involves a mix of application support and development background – prefers someone with more infrastructure as opposed to pure dev •Preferred background in Windows, with a mix of Linux if applicable. •Emphasis on troubleshooting skills and problem resolution, with the ability to facilitate discussions with other teams. •Documentation creation is a significant part of the role, with a focus on building out existing documentation. •No specific industry experience is mandatory, but a candidate should be adaptable and willing to learn. •Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. •A preferred candidate would show passion for learning new technologies and adapt quickly to the existing environment.
