About the role
Job Title: Application Support manager Location: Remote Job Description: Application Support Manager Project Overview: Resource is responsible for managing the support processes for the Party and Account Master Data team at NT. Contractor’s Role: Assist with the development support and managing the team Qualifications: - 5+ years of active support team management responsibilities - 5+ years of managing a development team - 5+ years of development a support team leveraging multiple technologies - 5+ years in managing data specific projects - 5+ years Direct experience managing a team in an onshore / offshore model. - 5+ years of experience in managing a team from multiple companies. - 5+ years of experience in managing teams following a 24x7 support model. Background directly in either development or management experience managing the following technologies: - Batch ETL team (preferred technology stack of Oracle, Oracle Stored Packages, DataStage) - Java development team (nice to have: Familiarity with the IBM MDM Advanced Data Edition) Technology background: - Experience in data analysis and able to understand data domains - Junior level SQL experience with Oracle. Able to run queries and understand how to interrupt the data results. o This is not a role for a data analyst, but this role should be able to review data and interpret if the results from the support team are directionally correct.
