Role: Application Support Specialist
Onsite : on-site 5 days a week Start Date: 10/02/2023
Location:Rochester hills and Troy, Michigan Duration: 1 Year
Experience Level: 3-5 years Environment: Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, CA Service Desk Knowledge Tools and Dashboard, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, ZoomApplication Support Specialist. Provides Level 2 application support for end users of a suite of business applications including vendor and custom developed software. Applies an understanding of documented IT policies and practices to departmental technology requests. Trains users on specific applications. Documents new and existing processes. as the primary function of the role is to support District Courts staff with their technology needs while the Court is in session.
