ROLE- Desktop Technician
Location- Hybrid in Baltimore, MD- 4 days a week on site DURATION:12+ MONTHS
Job Description: Role is for A Desktop Support opening. Looking for someone with an analyst approach.
- Windows 10 experience
- Citrix experience
- Virtual Machine support experience
- Large Enterprise background experience
- MS Teams experience
- Troubleshooting - finding the root cause and what the solutions is
PowerShell scripting and mobile support are both nice to haves Mac OS support experience is also a nice to have
