About the role
Job title: Linux app production support engineer Location:Remote Primary Responsibilities: • Deep understanding of variety of applications running in Big Data and Azure Cloud environments • Troubleshooting production issues and driving creative solutions • Driving and documenting root cause analysis of problems experienced • Communicating and managing production support issues with the clients and stakeholders • Work with the development team to help improve the platform reliability • Demonstrate and continuously develop substantial depth of knowledge and experience in a specific area of Big Data technologies.
