Role: Lead EBS Solutions Architect/ Manager

Location: Daytona, FL Duration: Direct Hire (Permanent)

Description: PROJECT DETAILS (Size, Scale, Scope):

· What is the scope of work that is being completed? o Have a DBA Manager who had been with the company for 20 years – was managing the team § Worked with an MSP – Datavail – doing all of the work with day to day with Oracle etc. § Manager at the time oversaw all of that – didn’t have any oracle apps experience when he was promoted into the role § 450 locations – a lot of tremendous growth – position and complexity of position as changed over the last 5 years § Had some outages this year – realized that this person needs to be more technical and data vail were not doing a good job

· What part of the project is this resource supporting? o Day to day responsibilities – Oracle experience in the apps and the DB side, so when the MSP was giving advice he couldn’t counter or push back because he did understand at that level o Wants someone who can hold the MSP accountable and can drive stability and redundancy o In the process of working with Datavail – going to be working with a new one Centroid – will be working with a new one as of September § SQL DBA is the only direct report the rest will be the MSP – MSP’s resources are onshore and offshore (will be around 20 people from the MSP) Will be mostly managing the leads, architects, engineers o Will be increasing over to the cloud more and more § Current environment is in their two data centers but don’t have major components of Oracle Business in the Cloud § Monthly maintenance 3rd week of the month for patching – oversight of that process § Coordinating with the CSM and doing monthly planning and post systems validation § Needs leadership experience – will be working with upper leadership to show what they have accomplished and what status updates are etc. Version 19c and 12?? § Just virtualized their environment and virtualized to VMware built on netapp so they are able to scale – every application is virtualized

MUST HAVES (TOP 3):

10+ years of exp. with Oracle E-Business Suite and supporting version 12.2+ Intermediate Cloud Experience (any platform) Ability to manage/lead onshore and offshore teams Exp. working with Vendors/MSPs to manage technical environments Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience with certifications
