Location: Remote / EST TOP Needs Firepower/Firewall experience VPN Technology knowledge (Cisco Anyconnect) Cisco ISE Someone who is Analytical and likes to tinker to find the answer to a problem They’ll be customer facing at times so experience with that is highly desired Job Description What You’ll Do As part of the team, you will work with an outstanding team of Tier 3 technical consulting engineers. The team specializes in one of or more core technologies while understanding foundations of our network products, protocols and best practices. You will work as part of a collaborative team to provide support during critical network issues as well as managing a case load of lower critical issues. Who You’ll Work With The team provides Tier 3 technical support at security classification to the Federal customer base via phone, email, web, and remote access for R/S, Security, Collaboration, Datacenter, wireless, Service Provider (both hardware and software) to customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers via phone/email/ consultation to independently troubleshoot & debug product problems. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance Security Expertise with the following: ISE, VPN (IKEv1, IKEv2 SSL, VPN, AnyConnect, IPsec), FirePower and/or Stealthwatch Resolution leader, problem-solving - troubleshooting methodology Communication & Facilitation, Listening & Affirmation, Influence & Persuasion, Public speaking & Presentation, Coaching A team player focused on customer success Desired Skills BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred)
