Production Support

Job Description: Project: This resource will be supporting applications under Legal, Compliance, HR, and Finance. Top requirements: • Oracle Fusion / Cloud • ERP, EPM, EDM, OIC, FCC, ARC, TRC, RITA, BI, IDCS, PaaS and IaaS, Task Manager • Cloud and AWS knowledge (such as Azure, S3 buckets, New Relic, Splunk, Cloud Watch) • Production support experience – 24/7 support, fast paced • File transfer protocol experience (such as Sterling File Gateway, SFTP) • Understanding of audit and risk controls, knowledge of Finance, Human Resource, and Legal/Compliance • Cloud – AWS, Azure (top requirement) • Production Support experience (top requirement) • On call component (top requirement) • Troubleshooting (top requirement) • Issue resolution (top requirement) • Problem management – root cause analysis, remediation (top requirement) • Experience with Vendor hosted applications (top requirement) • Experience with Infrastructure – i.e. Windows, SQL servers • Agile experience • Systems that would be helpful if they had experience with: • ServiceNow - ticket system (preferred tool) • AutoSys – job scheduling (preferred tool) • Splunk (top requirement) • File Transfer Protocols (top requirement) • Oracle Financials • WorkDay • Knowledge of SQL queries – write basic, modify more complex • Communication • Multi Task / fast paced Eager, Quick Learner, Self-driven, Initiative (top requirement) • Drive for results (top requirement) • User access provisioning • Able to create Support Documentation • Experience / degree in IT, Financial, HR, Legal
