About the role
Role: RPA UIPATH Production Support
Location: Charlotte, NC – 5x a week on-site – WILL INTERVIEW ON-SITE Duration: through 2024+
Must Haves: Hands on experience with UiPath development or operations UiPath process automation monitoring and troubleshooting skills Good understanding of end to end designing of process automation Database concepts/fundamentals & SQL Skills Fundamental knowledge of API integration 10+ years exp
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: We are seeking a candidate to support Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Candidates with RPA experience (development or production support) are highly preferred. The role will involve actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. The role includes the following: Work with developers, testers, and deployment teams to create software deployment plans Write and update automated scripts for installation of server software products Configure necessary hardware/virtual machines Work with developers and hardware teams to update infrastructure and OS for applications Perform lab installations and upgrades of server software products Work with developers and infrastructure teams to install or upgrade third party software Monitor systems performance, reliability, and daily data processing Participate in project-related stand-up meetings Provide documentation support, as necessary
