Job Title: SCCM Specialist Job Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA Duration: 12 Months Work Authorization: USC,GC,GC EAD,H4-EAD Contract Type: Only on W2 Job Description: • Document and track support issues using Service Now, and other agency related methods, including email resource accounts. • Testing, Configuration, and Deployment of Windows through SCCM • Testing, Configuration, and Deployment of Office • Testing, Configuration, and Deployment of Direct Access • Testing, Configuration, and Deployment of Windows Inmate Images • Leverage Airwatch to enhance Windows Modern Device Management and ease of use • Backup for VDI desktop environment • Backup for SCCM environment • Testing, Configuration, and Deployment of SAP GUI • Facilitates the technical knowledge transfer to statewide technical staff as well as PSDC IT Staff • Performs related duties as required.
