About the role
Role: Sr. Salesforce Administrator
Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote
Required Skills: 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and Copado. Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Description: Salesforce Administration: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including user access, role management, and data security. Customization & Configuration: Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements. Process Automation: Utilize Salesforce Flow to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Developer skills are a plus but not required. DevOps Management: Manage and deploy changes using Copado, ensuring smooth and efficient release processes. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity, conducting regular audits and managing imports/exports as needed. Integrations: Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support tools. Reporting & Analytics: Develop complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. User Support & Training: Provide training and support to ensure effective use of Salesforce features and promote adoption. Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
