Role: Taleo Consultant Location: 100%Remote Duration: 6+Months · Skillset (top 3-5): • 2-3 years of Strong Taleo Experience -Taleo is the most important • Oracle HCM • Taleo BI Taleo Consultant Responsibilities Day to day configuration and support of the Oracle Taleo Environment, specifically the below modules: • Recruiting • Onboarding • Career Sections • Smart-Org Integration Configuration • Several potential systems are being vetted for integration with our Taleo environment, candidates should have experience in integrating with known Certified Taleo Partners (e.g., passport services) • Configure enhancements/bug fixes/compliance requests/security updates in the Taleo staging and production environment • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and fully understand the scope and vision Issue Resolution: • Collaborate with other functional areas such as Legal, IT, Store Ops, Field Management for issue resolution • Research root-cause of problems, gaps within the process and recommend solutions when product bugs are reported • Collaborate with IT to initiate approval process for the change requests and follow the change management guidelines • Escalate urgent issues in a timely manner to avoid downtime and/or potential delays in hiring • Communicate with the Business users in timely manner and keep them informed about the status updates • Work with the vendors for issues related to Vendor Portals affecting HR systems Quarterly Upgrades: • Manage scheduled system and quarterly upgrades and work with the business to: • Prepare, document and complete UAT • Receive feedback • Make necessary adjustments to configuration and/or open Technical Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle to resolve issues • OBI Reporting: • Create/schedule Taleo OBI reports to ensure the implemented changes are running smoothly and to keep the business users informed with daily/weekly reports Required Skills, Experience, Education, and Certification • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent • 2 to 3 years’ experience in supporting HR/Payroll systems (preferably Oracle Taleo version 15 and above) • Broader experience with all of Oracle HCM is a plus but not required Thanks & Regards, Naveen Sai - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
