About the role
Role: UX/UI Designer
Location: 100% Onsite – McLean, VA Duration: 6-Month Contract
Must-Have Qualifications: •4+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience at the enterprise level •Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD •Experience designing intuitive, responsive, and engaging user interfaces
Nice-to-Have: •Experience in the financial services industry
Position Overview: This UX/UI Designer role focuses on improving the user interface of enterprise-level financial applications. You’ll collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to craft seamless, user-friendly design solutions that enhance business workflows.
Responsibilities
•Design responsive, intuitive, and polished interfaces •Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma •Enhance and maintain a scalable design system •Partner with UI engineers to ensure flawless implementation •Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze design feedback •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with user needs •Stay current on UX/UI best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications

•3+ years in UX/UI design •Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools •Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SASS •Exposure to UI frameworks like Material-UI •Strong enterprise portfolio demonstrating user-centric design
