Product Manager - Dispensing Technology

Role & responsibilities Own customer RFPs and technical scoping for dispensing programs, from floor visits and requirement capture through proposal and commercial closure. Manage the partnership with vendor and coordinate valve/hardware vendor evaluation and selection. Work with the design team on conceptual DFM and BOM for dispensing machines and sub-systems. Drive market and competitive research (OEMs, technology trends, and adjacent processes) to create product roadmap and product strategy. Build and maintain the business case: market sizing, revenue roadmap, and customer pipeline for the product. Represent TEAL in customer and partner meetings; build presentations and collateral for leadership and clients. Coordinate cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations to move programs from RFP to delivery. Preferred candidate profile 2 to 4 years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales capital equipment, industrial automation, or electronics manufacturing preferred. Engineering background (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related) with comfort reading technical specs, DFM, and BOMs. Demonstrated ownership of a customer-facing technical program from scoping through closure. Strong communication and presentation skills; able to build a business case and present it to leadership. Willingness to travel for customer and partner floor visits. Good to have Prior to exposure of dispensing, adhesives, or precision fluid-handling equipment. Tier 1 college Engineering or MBA preferred. Experience working with or evaluating OEM equipment vendors. Familiarity with electronics assembly processes (e.g., primer, sealant, underfill, masking, TIM).
