Software Development Lead

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 8+. Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives. Mentor and guide development teams on coding standards, best practices, and technical problem solving. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. Drive code reviews, design reviews, and technical governance activities. Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Participate in effort estimation, resource planning, and project execution. Manage technical risks and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Support cloud transformation initiatives and DevOps adoption. Required Skills Technical Skills Strong expertise in C# , ASP.NET MVC , ASP.NET Core , and .NET Framework/.NET Core . Extensive experience with REST APIs , Microservices Architecture, and Web Services. Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles. Experience with Entity Framework , LINQ, and ORM technologies. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services. Knowledge of Design Patterns , SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture. Experience with Git , Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting enterprise applications. Leadership Skills Proven experience leading development teams and technical initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
