Role Overview: You will be primarily involved in data integration, conversion, and reporting activities within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. Your role will require expertise in BIP reporting, SQL query optimization, HDL/HSDL loads, and data validation to facilitate large-scale data migration, ongoing maintenance, and enterprise audit readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain BIP data models, templates, and extracts for data cleanup, validation, and integration - Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data research, quality checks, and reconciliation - Prepare, validate, and load data using HDL and HSDL templates, supporting large-scale updates and remediation initiatives - Perform data analysis and error resolution across Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Workforce structures - Build audit reports, preload validations, and post-load reconciliation tools - Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and functional validation - Troubleshoot load errors, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions - Collaborate with functional teams, data governance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and compliance Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience with solid SQL skills (data profiling, joins, validations, reconciliation) - 3+ years of experience with Oracle HDL/HSDL load processes and template configuration - 3+ years of experience in Oracle BIP data models and reporting extracts At UnitedHealth Group, the mission is to help people live healthier lives and improve the health system for everyone.
